Before I bought it I drained the oil. It looked just fine. Didn't seem to be any water it in whatsoever, no dirt, no metal shavings, looked fairly clean. :) We filled it full of oil, to the top, squirted a bunch of fresh oil into the cyliders via spark plug holes, into intake valves and spun the motor. Plugged all motor orfices with oil soaked rags. Put under bike cover. This winter, it will be a fun project.
